Custom development begins with a technical assessment of the client’s fertiliser substrate, target nutrient profile or functional requirement, and production equipment. Crommelin AgriCoatings formulates and trials a coating solution before commercial supply is confirmed.

Process
All customer-specific requirements are accommodated during the formulation process, including fluidity, stability, base fertiliser grades, and application system constraints. Crommelin AgriCoatings’ technical team works directly with clients through the development and trial phase, with results reviewed before production scale-up.
